A Ritual is simply action with intention.
Being mindful of what we do can make it a sacred activity. The Rituals that we practice in our lives can bring us true comfort and contentment. They can allow us to stay grounded, joyful, and peaceful. Allowing yourself a self-care Ritual in the fast paced world that we live in can be crucial to crafting a life that is happy and healthy in both body and mind.

Nicole is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to practicing intuitive bodywork. She is passionate about cultivating an environment of intentional form and flow by addressing both day-of and long-term goals, and by creating treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Her love of massage began at a young age through a fascination with anatomy, and her desire for a hands-on profession developed after working with pottery. However, it was the study of Thai massage and a life changing trip to Thailand that confirmed her enthusiasm for all things bodywork. As an Atlanta School of Massage graduate, Nicole is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Indian Head massage, and has pursued continuing education courses to focus on Neuromuscular therapy.
Nicole’s technique is a thorough and mindful blend of modalities that focuses on relaxation of the soft tissue to release chronic and acute tension patterns. By listening to the client—and their anatomy—she finds the most effective way to enhance their wellbeing.
